Ladybug Cake

Cute Little Ladybug Cake! I made it
a little more modern looking.
The entire cake was red velvet ( my specialty)
the ladybug was covered with red chocolate ganache
and the bottom was cream cheese frosting. Fondant
spots and red icing details! The only un-edible part
is the attenaes, the cake was delish!

The Cutest Themed Party!

 They just looked soooo adorable
with their rock star outfits and the cakes
just went sooo absolutely perfect with them!
Happy Birthday Angel & Ariana!

Rock 'N' ROLL!

What could be better for a shared Jonas Brothers
and Hannah Montana Party, but 2 guitar cakes!
The Jonas Brothers cake was chocolate cake
with cherry filling and vanilla buttercream.
The Hannah Montana cake was yellow cake
colored pink and purple also with
cherry filling and real whipped cream.
Check out the close ups below!

40th Birthday Poker Theme

Red Velvet Cakes with Cream Cheese Icing,
there are a few fondant details such as
the #40 and the cigar and the dice.
(Just a tip Fondant is GREAT for decoration
but the taste...blahhhh....lol)
The cake was by far the most difficult I've
done and most creative! I can't
wait for more creative cakes to come!
Check out the side view the #4 decorated
like an Ace of Spades has a dice theme
on the sides of the cake, and the #0
was made to replicate a poker chip!

Black and White and Pink Allover!

I decided to try something a little modern
yet still elegant and girly with
the buttercream roses. I think
the black with the pink looks
so amazing! The scrolls
on the sides were a
new expierence for me as well!
Just in case you were wondering... the cake
was white almond cake with almond flavored
buttercream so refreshing and perfect for
an elegant cake like this!
